Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how appointments for hypnotherapy and related services are booked, rescheduled, cancelled, and refunded on ReginaHypnosis.org (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy applies to services only. Any future shop products will have their own terms.
1. Scope
- All bookings are made via the Amelia booking system on our website.
- Services are provided online or in person as shown at the time of booking.
- This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
2. Deposits & Payments
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Clients may alternatively choose to pay the full amount during booking.
- Payments are processed securely online via Stripe. We do not store full card details. See our Privacy Policy.
3. Booking Windows
- Minimum time required before booking: 1 week (7 days) prior to the session start time.
- Period available for booking in advance: up to 730 days.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellation Timeframes
- Minimum time required before rescheduling: 3 days prior to the session start time.
- Minimum time required before cancelling: 3 days prior to the session start time.
- Within 3 days of the session start time, rescheduling and cancellation are not available.
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed manually once the relevant conditions below are met.
- Cancellation ≥ 3 days before the session: 100% refund of any amount you have paid (deposit or full payment).
- Cancellation < 3 days before the session: non-refundable.
- No-show (you do not attend and do not notify us): non-refundable.
- Rescheduling ≥ 3 days before the session: allowed only by contacting us directly (no fee). Rescheduling within 3 days is not available.
Notes: Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Once we approve a refund, banks and card providers may take additional time to post funds back to your account (typically 5–10 business days).
6. Practitioner Cancellations & Special Circumstances
- If we cancel or must reschedule your session, you may choose a new time at no extra cost or receive a full refund.
- Special circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies, significant technical issues) will be handled fairly on a case-by-case basis. Please phone us at +353 85 198 0338 as soon as possible to discuss options.
7. How to Cancel or Reschedule
After your first booking, a Customer Panel will be automatically created for you. The link to access it will be included in your confirmation email. You can use this panel to view your appointments and, if needed, cancel your session following the timeframes in this policy.
To reschedule an appointment, please contact us directly by email or phone. We will assist you manually if the request meets the 3-day notice requirement.

Please include your full name, booking email, and appointment date/time when requesting a cancellation, reschedule, or refund.
8. Service Completion & Cooling-Off
Hypnotherapy services are scheduled for a specific date/time and delivered personally by the practitioner. Once a session has begun or been delivered, it is considered fully or partially performed and is not refundable. If you cancel in line with this policy (≥ 3 days before), you remain eligible for a refund as set out above.
9. Chargebacks
If you believe a payment was taken in error, please contact us first at contact@reginahypnosis.org. Unwarranted chargebacks may delay resolution. We’re happy to help.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will appear on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. For substantial changes, we may also post a notice on the homepage or booking page before they take effect.
